Documents required for applying for a visit visa to the US

• Original passport with minimum validity of 6 months or more from the date of travel and return
  • It should have 2 blank pages for the visa stamp
  • Handwritten passports are not accepted
  • Copies of previous passports if any
• UAE residence visa copy of each visitor
• A completed and signed US Visa application form
• Two passport size photographs taken against a white background with 70-80% face coverage
  • The photograph should match the requirements laid down by the Dubai Immigration
• Travel itinerary clearly indicating the date of travel along with a confirmed hotel reservation
• If the applicant is being sponsored, then they should submit copies of the sponsor’s passport and their UAE resident visa page
  • The validity of the visa should be minimum one month from the date of travel and return
  • Last one month bank statement indicating sufficient funds to meet the expenses of the applicant
  • Contact details of the sponsor
  • Family relationship proof
  • If the applicant does not have a sponsor in Dubai, they need to submit a security fee
• Copy of the visa fees receipt

• Submission of all documents and the visa application form does not guarantee your entry to the US, the final decision lies in the hands of the immigration authority whether the visa application would be accepted or rejected.
• Visa fees are non-refundable under all circumstances
• The normal visa processing time is 4-5 working days. Ideally, the candidate should submit the visa application form 7 days ahead of their travel date
• All visas unless specified are counted as multi entry visa
